Logistics Academy is a specialist in the Logistics and Supply Chain Industry. Our mission is to provide a value-adding, and legally compliant, human resource solutions for our stakeholders within this dynamic industry. Our key differentiating factor is that we take accountability for recruitment, screening, onboarding, coaching and all IR functions associated with any staff member that we employ. Our human resource strategy enables our customers to efficiently outsource their HR Management (that is recruitment, IR and Payroll function) and to reduce overhead costs.
OUR VISION
We are proud that our service facilitates and contributes to the systematic solution of one of the most critical Millennium Development Goal’s which is to eradicate hunger and poverty. Our mission is therefore to create a job pool of competent employees who are empowered with education for general industry and company specific work requirements. In addition we also then assist prospective employers with cost effective HR Management so that we can actively coach and ensure continuous improvement of the staff that we have recruited.
